virus totaly messed up my comp need help!

ok i got a virus i think it was called koobface...it came from facebook but it has ruined my computer! it runs very very slow and freezes up all the time. i bought webroot anitvirus but its saying that it did not find any viruses, it deleted the koodface once but now it wont pick it up! i was wanting to see if i could do a factory restore and maybe that will help but im not sure how to do that without the cd! ne help would be great plz! my comp is a compaq presario using windows 7 AMD athlon LE-1640 processor
