Can't install windows XP home or Pro

I'm sorry for my bad englisch
I tried to install XP home on a empty (sata) harddisk, but after copying the install files en the restart, windows starts with the install screen (checking hardware system etc) again, and again, and again
I tried to slipstream some sata drivers into windows home but that didn't work, windows always starts up with a new installation (ckecking hardware aND copying install files
What should I do?

Please refer this link(http://www.buildeasy.../windows_xp.htm) and ensure that you format your harddisk with NTFS file system and then insert the disk and boot from cd, ensure you do not stop the installation. your computer will definitly restart several times while installation.
