PC Very Slow, Can't load

Hello, I have attached my scanned log, from Hijack this. My PC just starting getting extremely slow and having problems opening any window. I have done dick cleanup and defragment along with cleaning cookies. None of these have helped. I have Max Spyware and run that everyday. I don't know what else to do.
Hoping you can help me. I don't know what to delete on this list, so am attaching a copy of my scan.
