PC freezes at random

HI

I built a new PC 3 months ago and I had problem I need an expert answer cause I don't have money to buy more than one thing right now

cause in middle east the prices is too high.

My problem is PC freezes at any time it can be at Internet browsing or playing games.if I left the computer when I back I found

mouse does not move the keyboard doesn't respond.

some times after freeze the pc freezes at post screen and when I restart it and enter the bios can't boot because overclocking or changing

in voltages I overclocked it once and reset it to default.the bios is updated to F10.
