when I try installing Adobe reader, I keep getting this:

error 1402.could not open key:
UNKNOWN\components\e7eaob4e57d2dd44691ef1775e71128a\68ab67ca7da73301b7449a0300000010.
verify that you have sufficient access to that key, or contact your support personnel.

Any idea what I can do?

I have uninstalled everything adobe on the machine, both with control panel and Windows Cleanup Utility, and now can't reinstall reader! Any ideas?
