Sometimes when I try to wake my computer up, it only goes to a greyish black screen, no mouse, no desktop, and then I'm forced to turn it off manually, and back on again. Then it works fine. Also, sometimes when I leave my computer on all night and it just goes into the screen saver, then the display shuts off, upon waking it up, I get the same screen, and I have to restart it again. I'm wondering if this is a serious problem? I hope not, but it sure is annoying.

PS: I'm using vista.

Sounds like a power management issue, trying updating your chipset drivers.
