while shutting down, the updates are running. it reached 100%, it restarts and i get an error message stating ;=
Reverting updates- do not turn off computer. this happens every time i shut down. HELP!!! this is very frustrating.

Do the updates from within Windows. If it falls over it'll give you some error codes. We can then try and work from those. Updates on shutdown are very handy but don't give any error messages when they don't work.
