When the desktop loads after I start the PC up I get an error message saying "DrWatson Postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem and needs to close". If I click ok the taskbar and start menu gets frozen, so I have to open task manager and close "drwtsn32.exe", after which I can use the start menu. Anyone know what the problem is?

Have a look at thislink. It tells you briefly what drwatson does and how to disable it. If there is an application problem it will show itself regardless of drwatson.
