Locking XP

I just wanted to know where did the window lock thingy go? the one where you press Ctrl Alt Delete then lock computer. When i press Ctrl Alt Del i go to the task manager there isn't the choose option section?

Go to Control Panel, then click on User Accounts. Click on Change the Way Users log on and Off, and make sure the welcome screen isn't ticked.
