I got an error when I turned on my computer

C:\Windows\WinSxS\86_microsoft.windows.gdiplus_6595b64144ccf1df_1.0.6001.18065_none_9e7abe2ec9c13222\gdiplus.dll

tells me to reload the software, but I don't know what it is referring to. When I select OK, the screen goes black and nothing else happens. I have to just turn off the power.

Has anyone had this error before and do you know a solution?
