First of all, I'm using my other computer to do this.

Compaq, Windows XP Professional

My computer was "hyjacked" (for lack of a better word) a few days ago. I did a Restore Point. Everything seemed to be running fine. Slowly my internet explorer has been lagging, and finally it has quit responding. It just sits there saying connecting. I can get online with my MMO online game. However, it lags pretty hard also. My email address has also been sending out random emails to everyone on my contact list.

I have cleaned my computer with "CleanUp!" and ran Webroot AntiVirus with Spy Sweeper. It found 3 phishing items. I removed them from my computer. When I restart my computer my online game still lags some, but my internet explorer still does not connect to the internet. However it does respond with the Cannot find server message.

When I dont have internet explorer open I get an error message that Internet Explorer had to shut down.

Webroot AntiVirus has blocked searchaccelerator several times. I'm baffled as to how to fix this without reformatting my hard drive. As I dont seem able to go on the internet, but can go on my online game. Please help me. Please...Thank you for your time.
