Hey fellas,

First of all let me introduce myself im a 20 year old student from holland. I know a bit about computers but I don't know how to kill this very annoying pop up on my computer. Ive tried Ad-Aware, and spybot but these programms cant seem to locate the problem. Im a newbie so I dont know what is the regular way to ask you guys for help.

Thats why I just thought I'd explain my problem, and maybe you guys know a sollution! I will do anything to get this annoying thing off my computer!! Its pissing me off royaly!

So If you could please help, you're help is much appreciated!!

Please go to the malware forum and follow the instructions at the top....Especially the CLICK HERE .

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.

You are kind of missing the point. We have a malware forum for all things popup, viral and generally mally.

If they give you a clean bill of health, then we deal with the rest of it, but the malware folks are trained experts and will get rid of that issue faster than you can say "here's my fourth hijackthis log"

sorry but I dont understand.. I have followed all the steps of the guide and still there are some errors, when this occurs I thought you could post your Hijack This log? But appearently I am wrong, so when can I post my Hijack This log? and what do I have to do to get rid of this ads revenue thing?
