I haven't been on steam in a while and now when I log on it says something like "This account has been disabled."

I was told I would need to put in either the steam registration code or the credit card details for the card I used which I don't have anymore becase it got burnt like [bleep] by my cigarette.

Does anyone who can make a program or know where to find a program to activate my account or bypass the "Disableed." again using my details?

If your account has been disabled, then you will need to contact steam support. They are pretty good at getting back to you and helping to resolve issues. As to your credit card, you should ask your provider for a new card, otherwise you will have to provide a different card once they reactivate your account.

There is no way to bypass this. Nor would we help you in doing so. That is against our Terms of Service.
