current stats: dell optiplex gx620, 1.7GB of ram, 3.59GHz. my problems is my graphics card compatibility and power output. my comp. lets out a max of 280 watt, limiting greatly my graphics card power availability. is there a way to install a second output devise? also my computer is actually too small to have a typical graphics card, as it requires a "low profile" graphics card. is there a way to change this? IE: if i could find a way to make it fit into my computer case would the problem be solved? or would the graphics card be somehow too powerful for my computer?

i really don't want to buy a second computer just for gaming, what can i do to make my computer suitable for high powered activities?
