Boot Interference

The following message appears doing boot-up: Windows cannot find D:\WINDOWS\System32\Tools\DelFolders.exe. The boot-up stops at that point, unless I clear that box. That means that I have to sit and watch the boot-up to clear that box, or it will never boot-up.
