I recently removed a virus on my computer. After that I couldn't connect to the internet even though my computer showed it was connected. So I restored my computer and when it booted up it came up in safe mode and I cannot get it to boot in normal mode. Can someone please tell me what's goin on with it. Thanks in advance.

Hi brainiac042003,

I'm really sorry that you had to wait for a response.

Please tell me, how did you go about removing the virus?

Restore meaning System Restore? If so, you could have reinfected yourself by reverting back to a restore point that was infected.

Please let us know if you still need guidance with this problem. If you do, include exactly what you have done to try to correct this problem.

Thank you,

Donna :)
