Windows Updates Will Not Install

All August updates from microsoft on my HP Pavilion dv5 laptop were sucessfull but these three:

Security Update for Microsoft Works KB2092914
Security Update for Microsoft Office Word 2007 KB2251419
Security Update for 2007 Microsoft Office System KB2277947

Searched the web for solutions, tried them all, nothing works. Even reconfigured MS Office 2007 with disk. No help.
The web shows many others with this problem.
Any feedback would be appreciated.

First check control panel settings and auto update setting on or off check if off then change and make it on . May this simple but important step helps you to solve out your problem .

Auto updates are on. But thank you.
