Running XP. Keep getting the Windows security alerts. Ran Malware bytes in safe mode.

I can't go online with the infected computer, so I'm typing the details below:
fyi: I did a full scan earlier, it said it found 2 trojans, and removed them, but I still have the same problem.

Scan Type: Quick scan
Nothing noted as infected : (memory process, modules, registry keys, registry values, registry data items, folders, and files)
No malicious items detected.)

I also ran my AVG antivirus, full scan in safe mode. Found 2 trojans, and removed, but still having the problem.

Thoughts?

***UPDATE*****

I did what was asked in the chatroom:

Ran the OTL and malware bytes. Both show all clear. When I load up not in safe mode, I still have the horrible virus. What do I do now???? I hope someone castrates whoever made this thing. I also can't get on the internet to download or copy/paste anything to the boards, and jumpdrives don't work either.

THanks!
