Youtube videos loading slow after i install the adobe flash 10.1 updat

So Ive never had this problem before until I just installed the adobe flash 10.1 update. Now when i watch youtube videos they load slow. I dont think its a coincidence that this just started happening right after i intsall the update.

Also, i went to nfl.com and it said that i need the lates update of flash or whatever and that has never happened before. It stayed like that for like 5 seconds but then finally came up.
