reading Vista Outlook Data into XP

I have a portable Back up HD with Vista Outlook data. My Vista PC is down and I want to read the outlook data (Calendar, emaill, tasks, etc.) using an XP machine. I try to import it but it doesn't know how to open the .PST or .OST files.
