Yes. I did read each post. Unfortunately i am still in blue screen purgatory. Can i do any of this from a prompt mode?

If you read my reply carefully, you'll see, that you have to download appropriate diagnostic tool and burn it to a CD, so you can boot from it.
Please, re-read.
