help with freezing computer

hello everyone,

I'm helping my girlfriend with her computer running Windows XP. She says that after about 10 minutes of normal use, the computer will lock up at which point she has to do a hard-off reset. I've had her run SmitFraudFix v2.424 and was only able to generate a report in safe mode. While in safe mode, I had her do the clean option. Can anyone help? Can anyone see something in the log? Thanks for your help!
