Windows 7 Blue Screen New Build

I am building a new PC when I try to install windows 7 for the first time, I get the blue screen with the STOP: 0x0000007E (0xFFFFFFFF0000005, 0xFFFFF8000C0EFB74, 0xFFFFF88002B1D968, 0xFFFFF88002B1D1C0)

Right now i insert the disk it says windows is loading then the blue screen appears.

Ok got it working Error code means it was bad ram
