Check you sound settings in the control panel and make sure your speaker settings reflect what you have..... check you volume control settings and make sure everything is unmuted.

I tried that I can't even adjust anything. It is all shallowed as though I have no sound systme

is your sound card intergrated into your motherboard or is it attached into one of your PCI slots?

yes. do you plug the sound jack into a horizontal row of things or a vertical row?

They are plugged vertical

is there a another jack that is colored green anywhere on the back of the computer?

Yes, it is light green between the mic and where I plugged the speakers.
