Can't raise/lower volume for microphone or stereo mix

Hello.
I've been having this problem where I want to record something (with voice and music), but my Stereo Mix volume is way too high and my voice can't be heard on the recording. I've tried to lower the Stereo Mix volume or raise the microphone volume, but I can't seem to do it.
