Hi everybody!

As you can see I am a new member of the forum. I checked it out for the last few hours and I really like it so far. Obviously I am in search of an answer to a software issue I have, but I couldnīt find it using the search module.

Thatīs why I want to make my first post and see if anybody knows a solution to my problem. I bought a computer from a friend of mine a couple of weeks ago and now I wanted to play at the bwin download casino. So I downloaded the software and installed it. When the software client came up I entered my user details and clicked log in. Unfortunately an error message came up saying that the login failed because the maximum number of players registered on this machine was exceeded and I cannot play at the download casino. I contacted the support and they confirmed what the message stated.

I called my friend and he said he played at the bwin casino month ago and then uninstalled it. So I thought that I could clean the computer and tried a few things. I let the jv16 powertools run over my computer to find any registry files from bwin. It found some entries and I deleted them. I also tried to download it with another IP address (from a mobile broadband connection) and then installed the software again. It didnīt work. So I am not really a tech geek and I donīt know what I could do further.

My question is: How can the software detect that is has already been downloaded and installed on this computer and more importantly how can I solve the problem? Any help that leads to the solution will be appreciated and generously rewarded. Please also contact me via PM so we can discuss the details.

Here is a little bit of information about my system:
Win XP Pro (Version 2002)
Service Pack 3
Intel Pentium 4 CPU,
3 GHz
1,75GB RAM

The bwin software is built by "boss media".

Btw bwin also has a browser casino, but I donīt want to play there because they donīt have the casino game I like to play.

Thanks for any help in advance!

regards,

Texafo
