problems with internet and kasperky

Hi,

PC was running great til yesterday when I switched on. I was using firefox browser but have changed to IE8 and still have issues.

Firstly the pc issues flag was telling me to turn kaspersky on......... it WAS on and no amount of clicking the button turn on made any difference. The mesage has no changed to telling me to look for anti virus online!!!! I have kaspersky 2010 installed and it is a legit version lol.

The second problem is that i keep getting a cant display web page message. It may or may not display if I click try again. I changed from firefox to IE8 but still having the same problems.

Its getting really frustrating........ any ideas?
