It is a Dell Latitude D610 laptop and upon startup after the Windows Splash screen i get the BSOD with the error:

STOP: c000021a {Fatal System Error}
The Windows Logon Process sytem process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc0000135 (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The sytem has been shut down.

I have tried to go into Safe Mode, Safe Mode Command Prompt, Last Known Good Configuartion, Debugging mode. and Each time i get the same error.

You might try this. Be very careful about doing so any mistake in typing mean's you have to start all over again.
