So I went to pull my laptop to the bed but My external was still plugged in. So when I pulled it, the casing fell to the side. Not to the floor or anything. But it was pretty loud. So I immideatly chkdsk'd it no issues, Checked for damaged blocks or lower read/writes & everything appeared normal. But I installed a few games onto the drive and when I tried executing them the drive started making very loud ticking noises for about a minute, but now its completely silent again, even when its in read/write, Im transferring the files on it too my 3rd Tera because im still extremely worried.

Is that noise something I should be concerned about...I dont want to lose my files.

Most likely so called "click of death".
Transfer, whatever you can NOW!
Your drive is dying.
