My system is infected. As soon as I open it in normal mode a fake virus scan window opens and says my system is infected and in the fake csan window it keeps showing the name of the virus and melwares with which my system is infected. and the a pop up comes that says "taskeng.exe" is infected. I have not clicked any thing on the fake window or prompts. When I open My system in safe mode, it opens but says something like full page cannot be opened or something and when I run full Mcafee virus scan in safe mode it do not detect anything on my system.

Is it safe in this condition to run all steps in your melware removal guide.

My concern is as soon as I connect my system to internet, this melware thing is going to effect my system more.

What should I do.

Please help.
