Windows XP SP3 infected, not sure what.

I found that I cannot get to Windows Updates. I immediately thought Conficker, but cannot find an infection. Autoruns found PDRFframe.sys, PDFrame.sys, PDComp.sys, PDReli.sys, VPNNA.sys and WDICA.sys. I disabled those in autoruns with no luck. I ran TFC.exe. Malwarebytes, Spyware Terminator and Super Antispyware found nothing. I run Forticlient AV and it did not find anything.

GMER and OTL logs are coming soon.
