What are Celeron processors like? I want a computer just for some simple tasks, not gaming or graphics.

celeron are targeted for office and general uses. they work fine for that. they lack the multimedia acceleration to do any heavy audio/graphical work. you can do those things on a celeron, but its really slow...

if your just looking to do email, internet, word processing, etc. its totally fine for that.

Great, that's the answer I was looking for. Seems it will be perfect for what I want it for. Thanks very much
