My friends computer has trouble accessing files on his USB memory. When he sticks the USB memory in the back usb port Windows identifies the drive and make a drive letter, but when you copy or access a file on the usb an error message comes up and can't read the file.
Can you tell me what the problem may be? And how I can help me friend solve the problem.
