For /two /days /now /when /I /click /space /it /also /adds /a /forward /slash, /like /you /are /seeing /here. /It /is /possible /to /type /but /I /could /have /to /keep/ pressing /backspace /for /every /word. /I /have /a /Dell /Inspiron /1525 /Laptop. /Any /help/ would /be /appreciated /as /this /is /quite /annoying. /I'm /sorry /if /this /is /hard /to /read.

I'm sorry to hear about your issue. I will try to assist you in resolving it as quick as possible.
Sounds like a problem with the keyboard itself.
Did something get spilled on it or maybe some dust or something in the keys?
Have you tried to boot into Safe Mode and see if it happens then?

Nothing /was /spilled /but /I /can /try /cleaning /it /a /bit /anyways.

/The /same /problem /occurred /in /safe /mode, /unfortunately.

Since it happens in safe mode we can rule out it is a driver problem.
Safe mode loads generic drivers so if the issue was a driver it would not have happened then.
Right now it looks like a keyboard malfunction.
Once you get it cleaned let me know. how it is working then.

Previously I had focused on figuring out if there is something wrong with the space key.. I just cleaned around the "? /" key area and it looks like that was where the problem lay. As you can see it is working fine now. :) Thank you so much for you help! Geeks To Go is terrific.
