Switching users resets display settings

This just started a couple of weeks ago, but I found some posts on MS Technet that had the issue for 2+ years without resolution. When switching users or when coming out of hibernation, the display settings reset to 640x480. Right clicking on desktop and changing them back does nothing. Only way to fix is by rebooting. I have XP SP2 and Navidia GeForce 6150LE, but I have read the same problem from others who have Vista or W7 and other display drivers.
