I was getting help on a malware site and have nothing that they could see. One tech suggested I come here, that my problem is system related, not malware related. (I can provide links to my help topic if needed.)

I can't open microsoft office, I receive a virtualization error. I can't download my printing software. I can't print, either. I can't open some folders under the c drive, I get an error message saying I don't have access.

Yep, you won't be able to print until you install the print drivers.

Who are you trying to download the print driver from and, what is the error message you receive?

System folders are usually off-limits, (to keep users and/or malware from destroying/infecting the operating system).

Which version of Office and, what is the error code?

Office 2010, it was a free trial. It said I didn't have current virtualization handler, please see administrator. (I deleted the software as of right now otherwise I would screen shot the exact message.)

Who are you trying to download the print driver from and, what is the error message you receive?

The printer CD is my own from Lexmark. I misled...I can download the software, but I can't print. Also, once downloaded, it won't allow me to connect wirelessly. I can't even connect through hardwire as it doesn't recognize the printer. My printer is recognizing everything, but not my laptop.

I've attached a screen shot of the example message. I was trying to get into my pictures.

No help? I'm still having issues. I ran the online test and had a ton of errors.
