Hi ann123 :)

You are going to have to give us a little more info.

What is the make of computer? Dell, HP, Compag, Gateway, home built?
Is it a desktop or a laptop?
What is the model number?

What specifically did you do when replacing the hard drive?
A hard drive replacement should have only involved 2 cables(physically), and then software, OS, drivers, and programs. It sounds like you took out more than necessary.
