A friend give me a toshiba satellite model # PSAF3U-0VN00V.how do I clean it out to make it like new again?

Shutdown your laptop, then hold down the 0 key & turn on the laptop, while holding it down. When it makes a noise let go of the 0 key. You'll be loaded into the recovery mode, then just select factory restore.
