My bank uses two layers of security, first is user name and password. Second is three secret questions, after typing answers to questions and pressing enter, I notice the yellow triangle in the lower left corner of the window. Right clicking on it reveals an error message that reads.

Automation server can’t create object

Thinking this is Java, I updated Java to the latest and greatest version with NO JOY

This log in procedure works fine on my other machines.

OK I just found out by switching from my wifes log-in to mine the online banking log-in process works fine. It. sounds like something is messed up on her account not mine. Any suggestions.
