I'm getting this stop error:

0x00000024. I can't get passed the blue screen so I can't run a CHKDSK /F

I was running a CHKDSK to begin with and something shut down my computer (something bumped the chord wrong, or somehow my power button was pushed) Probably my cat... but anyway.

I can't get passed the blue screen to fix it. What do I do?

A problem occurred within NTFS.SYS, the driver file that allows the system to read and write to NTFS file system drives. There may be a physical problem with the disk, or an Interrupt Request Packet (IRP) may be corrupted.
