windows security alert virus removal

Hello I am gie.... I'm having problems with my laptop... it takes so long to open, it has windows security alert pop ups, internet connection was messed up, no sound, cannot use other applications and when I tried using malwarebytes it said about runtime error 372.... I hope you cna help me... I have windows xp sp2..
