i have vista, i don't know much about computers but im hoping somebody could help me with this issue..
Every time i open a folder under my music folder, i get this "Windows explorer has stopped working" it then says "windows explorer restarting" then gives you the option to cancel but it still restarts.
ive tried to google it and a few others have had the same problem..
some say its a virus and others say its just vista itself and needs an update..
ive tried scanning with diff anti-virus software's and it doesnt find anything
i really would like to know what it is and how to fix it.

please help me,
thank you... :)
