recycle bin

Once I've deleted items that have been placed in the recycle bin is there any way at that point to retrieve/restore them? I deleted some items into the recycle bin and then deleted them from the recycle bin (emptied recycle bin) and I need them back.

Download restoration from the alternate link and use it.

Just double click on the exe in explorer.

Beyond this you will need to use much more complicated programs. If you have waited and shut down the computer some files will not be abled to restored because the area has been written over.
