Hi

Ive accidentally deleted an important word document from my pc with Tune Up Shredder and wanted to know if there is anyway I can get it back

probably not, the whole point of tuneup shredder is to delete files in such a way as to make them unable to be restored. you could try using a file recovery application (i believe Tuneup has one) but i wouldn't bet the farm on it.
