Itunes came with my hp computer and I really like the program except it doesn't always play or import a cd when instructed, it just shows my library. I've tried everything I can with my meek computer knowledge but now i'm frustrated and pissed off. Is there something i'm missing or doing wrong. Please help

i recently just purchased 2 new ipods so im fair with the software, when you enter in a cd you should be given an option to import music using itunes as soon as you enter the disk

if this doesnt work, then in itunes click start, import folder, and look at your cd-rom drive, then select the files you want

if none of that works, try reinstalling with the cd
