i do see where it says
found ACPI temperature ( 74.0C )
End of detection


but that is all i see in the box nothing else anywhere

Your issues don't look good.

Turn the laptop off, get a can of compressed air and clean well all vents.
Turn it back on and see, if it'll stay up for a while.

ok cleaned all vents now i have it siting up so no on solid surface dont turn of now but still can not get to load any browsers

will stay on now

See, if you can get "ping" command running from command prompt window (cmd).

ok thinking this a lost cause now ......

**** new problem *****

i turn on i hear it boot up
hear the windows "chime " ( when loading )
but now ...
have NO picture
moniter black
i hear puter running
it turned on
but screen blank

If you have an extra monitor, you can try to hook it up and see, if you'll get any display.
