laptop wont start up, not even in safe mode

hey, my laptop has suddenly stopped working no matter what start up mode I use, it flashes a blue screen and turns off. here is the tech info from the blue screen

"stop:0x0000007B (0XF78D2524, 0XC0000034, 0X00000000, 0X00000000)"

ANY ideas people?
