I can't get internet explorer to work. I had disabled it anyway but it doesn't work now i've disabled it. I also downloaded the install for iexplorer8 but it says that 'The procedure entry point SHRegGetValueW could not be located in the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll.

EDIT

Looks like to get ie7 or ie8 to work i need a higher service pack...which for some reason i can't install.

Hi younggeeza,

There is a hotfix provided in the MS site that you could try if it fix the issue.

I will post a fix if the above doesn't work but it will be later as I need approval from the experts. I hope you understand.

I found a process in the task manager that started up along with the update called FixCSS or something like that. I closed it and the install has proceeded further than usual so far.

Just installing SP3, things are getting better i guess. When SP3 is done i'll reinstall all of my internet stuff and i'll try Fallout3 again to see if everything is working normally.
