Toshiba Laptop not work

Hey everyone I REALLY need help with my laptop. Its a Toshiba A200 and it's quite old. The problem is sometimes it boots into windows (7 btw) normally then it just dies. Sometimes it just puts a white-ish screen with nothing on and it slowly starts to burn in(?) from the outside. Most other times it'll go into safe mode. I have done a mem test (no errors there) Any ideas??

Oh and I forgot to mention that I get a BSOD sometimes when i boot normally. :/
