the scans are all coming up clear so I'm pretty sure you're malware clear. I think the next step is pass you on to one of my colleagues here, an XP tech.

Start a new thread here - http://www.geekstogo...p-2000-2003-nt/ outlining the problems you're experiencing and identify that you've been sent there from the Malware board. Also put a link to this thread. I'll talk to the tech who takes it, and we'll see what we can do next.
